Use of Gem-Med S.L.'s website and any of the services it offers implies the full acceptance of the conditions stipulated by the following Privacy Policy.

In accordance with Law 15/1999, December 13, on Personal Data Protection, we herein inform users that the personal data requested in our forms is included in a personal data file for which Gem-Med S.L. is the owner and responsible.
Thus, when filling in any of the forms with the personal data requested and accepting its being sent, the user expressly authorises Gem-Med S.L. to handle or incorporate this personal data provided in the aforementioned form in the automated file it owns, as well as any data generated from the user's participation and/or use of the different products and/or services offered on this website.

When the interested party sends their personal details and email address to Gem-Med S.L., they expressly authorise their use for periodical communications, expressly including those carried out using email by Gem-Med S.L., which means taking into account clients, suppliers, staff, users and possible interested parties, informing them of activities, news, etc., as well as any offers of services and products related to the activities of Gem-Med S.L.
